SINCETRUE Hydrogen Energy and Taiwan’s Bailian Qianxiang Deepen Collaboration to Expand Global Market Presence

2026-02-05

On May 19, Taiwans first integrated hydrogen production and refueling demonstration station, contracted under EPC by SINCETRUE Hydrogen Energy, successfully completed commissioning and commenced operation. Building on the successful collaboration experience from this project, SINCETRUE Hydrogen Energy and Taiwans Bailian Qianxiang Energy Co., Ltd. have signed a new project cooperation agreement to deepen their partnership and advance the global development of hydrogen energy equipment.

Milestone Project: Taiwans First Integrated Hydrogen Production and Refueling Station

The newly operational demonstration station is located in Yilan County, Taiwan. It utilizes ALK electrolytic water hydrogen production technology independently developed by SINCETRUE Hydrogen Energy and integrates hydrogen production, storage, and refueling functions.

Strategic Upgrade: Deepened Collaboration Between SINCETRUE and Bailian Qianxiang

Leveraging this project as a foundation, both parties will further integrate their complementary strengths:

Bailian Qianxiang will fully leverage its geographical advantages in Taiwan and 20 years of certification experience to ensure products comply with:

International certifications such as CE, ASME, MIT, JIS, and AS/NZS;

Localized production standards in Taiwan;

Regulatory requirements of key export markets.

SINCETRUE Hydrogen Energy will provide:

Core equipment technology design, manufacturing, and material supply;

Joint establishment of a hydrogen energy equipment base in Taiwan with Bailian Qianxiang;

Collaborative efforts to meet global certification and export requirements for equipment.

This cooperation will prioritize the Taiwanese market by fully supporting the development of hydrogen energy infrastructure on the island and prioritizing the supply of additional hydrogen production equipment and technical services.

U.S. Projects: Actively respond to the clean energy transition needs in North America, with a focus on ensuring equipment delivery and certification support for ongoing hydrogen energy projects.

Malaysia Projects: Leverage geographical advantages to accelerate the implementation of commercial hydrogen energy projects in Southeast Asia.

In the future, both parties will jointly expand into markets such as Europe, Japan, and Australia through measures including:

Co-establishing overseas hydrogen energy production bases;

Joint participation in international industry exhibitions;

Developing differentiated market strategies.

Together, they aim to promote the global application of renewable energy-based hydrogen production technology.
